The originally planned clash between India and Pakistan was set for Sunday, 15 October, in Ahmedabad. However, it has been rescheduled to a day earlier, now taking place on Saturday, 14 October, at the same venue.

The Pakistan-Sri Lanka match in Hyderabad has shifted from Thursday, 12 October, to Tuesday, 10 October. Australia’s significant match against South Africa in Lucknow has also been pushed back by a day, now happening on Thursday, 12 October, instead of Friday, 13 October.

Similarly, New Zealand’s game against Bangladesh, originally planned as a day match on 14 October in Chennai, has been rescheduled and will now take place on Friday, 13 October, as a day-night contest.

In the early stage of the tournament, a minor adjustment to the schedule concerns the timing of England’s match against Bangladesh in Dharamsala. The fixture will now start at 10:30 AM (local time) as a day match, whereas it was initially scheduled as a day-night game.
